The\nitems cannot be supplied separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A supply of goods and\/or services\nwill be treated as composite supply if it fulfills&nbsp;the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supply of two or more goods or services together\u00a0AND<\/li><li>It is a natural bundle,i.e., goods or services are\u00a0usually provided together in the normal course of business.\u00a0<\/li><li>They cannot be separated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Goods are packed&nbsp;and\ntransported with insurance. The supply of goods, packing materials, transport\nand insurance is a composite supply. Insurance, transport cannot be done\nseparately if there are no goods to supply. Thus, the supply of goods is the\nprincipal supply.<\/li><li>Buying a Dry Fruit Gift Box for\nDiwali. It includes dry fruits, a box and a wrapper. Box and wrapper cannot be\nsold individually without the main content which is dry fruit. This is\ncomposite supply.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MIXED_SUPPLY\"><\/span><strong>MIXED SUPPLY<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/commerceiets.com\/mixed-supply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Mixed  (opens in a new tab)\">Mixed <\/a>supply under GST means a combination of two or more goods or services made together for a single price. Each of these items can be supplied separately and is not dependent on any other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under <a href=\"https:\/\/commerceiets.com\/gst\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"GST (opens in a new tab)\">GST<\/a>, a mixed supply\u00a0will have the tax rate of the item which has the highest rate of tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong>\u00a0Buying a Christmas package consisting of cakes, aerated drinks, chocolates, Santa caps and other gift items. Each of these items can be sold separately and are not dependent on each other.
