Planning provides well\ndefined objectives, unity of direction, well published policies, procedures and\nprogrammes. All this facilitate to get coordination, which consequently avoids\nduplication of work and inter-departmental conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Planning sets a standard to control purpose.
